Snow Day!

We were out of school today for the second time this year. We've only been out if school one other time in my life. It wasn't really good snow to play in, but it got us out of school. Dad was at home because it was his birthday so we went to Mcdonalds for breakfast. He used to take a trash bag and ride down a hill and then it would freeze, so I did that and it was slick and it hasn't frozen yet. I sledded a little bit but thye snow froze and it was almost impossible to move. Went to a really good barbeque place and had cookie cake for dad's B-day. We gave him his presents yesterday. The snow hasn't melted and it's supposed to snow another 1-3 inches tommorrow,the high is only 28 so we're hopeful for another snow day.

Exotic Foods

Dinner the last two nights has been sort of out of the ordinary. We had Chicken Enchilada Lasagna and Buffalo Chicken Calzones. Both were good. The Lasagna was just a Chicken Enchilada but wasn't rolled up. It got kind of soggy but other than that it was good. Last night we had Buffalo Chicken Calzones and they were really good and really big. The name sort of explains itself, it was buffalo chicken in a piece of mom's awesome homemeade bread with some cheese in there. Mom also has a post on her blog about this.

Super Bowl Champs!

Well the Pittsburgh Steelers are the 2009 Super Bowl Champions, good game too.
